Elektron Aminos ships Research Use Only materials to verified United States addresses only, using reliable carriers with tracking and packaging suitable for research compounds.
1. Rates & service levels
Shipping rates and options (standard, expedited, and any free-shipping thresholds) are calculated at checkout and controlled by our team. Promotional free shipping may apply on qualifying orders when offered.
2. Transit estimates
- Standard — typically 5–7 business days after handoff to the carrier (domestic)
- Expedited — typically 2–3 business days where available
Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and address issues are outside our control once a package is in transit.
3. Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment on business days after payment confirmation and any required compliance checks. Weekend and holiday cutoffs may shift next-business-day processing.
4. Address verification
At checkout, shipping addresses are verified against US postal records before an order is accepted. We do not offer international delivery at this time. PO Boxes may be limited by carrier rules shown at checkout.
5. Packaging & risk of loss
Vials are packed to protect lyophilized research materials in normal transit. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier, except as limited remedies in our Returns & store credit policy for verified transit damage with photo proof.
6. Tracking
Tracking details are provided when available via order confirmation / shipping email. Track status on the carrier site using the number provided.
